The Micro SMG ERS is an unlockable epic submachine gun. It comprises a heavily modified Micro SMG with a suppressor, an extended quickdraw magazine, and a red dot sight, which offer substantially improved performance over the Micro SMG. It behaves like the SMG 9mm ERG with better magazine capacity but worse damage per shot and accuracy, making it a respectable choice of weapon.

- After players unlock the weapon in multiplayer, the Arms Dealer may sell Micro SMG ERSs to players of any respect level in Baker’s Battle. Respected, formidable, godfather, and crime boss players can also purchase Micro SMG ERSs from the black market.
