The Micro SMG ER is an unlockable rare submachine gun and Forehand’s signature primary weapon. It consists of a heavily modified Micro SMG with an extended magazine, a red dot sight, and a compensator, which offer substantially improved performance over the Micro SMG. It behaves similar to the Kellgern 9 Elite with somewhat better controllability but worse overall damage output, rendering it a below-average choice among the unlockable rare weapons.

- After players unlock the weapon in multiplayer, the Arms Dealer may sell Micro SMG ERs to low respect, connected, and respected players in Baker’s Battle. Connected, respected, formidable, and godfather players can also purchase Micro SMG ERs from the black market.
- Rare generic heisters who offer to join Baker’s crew in the campaign may wield Micro SMG ERs.
