The Machete is an unlockable common melee weapon and Macho’s signature primary weapon. It behaves similar to the Shovel but with worse range and overall damage output, rendering it a respectable option among the unlockable melee weapons.
Appearances
- Chase used to have a Machete as his default melee weapon, but this was removed.
- Macho has a Machete.
- Some of Scorpio’s thugs use Machetes when they confront Jupiter at The Blue Bull.
- Some tier II Graves and tier II Sicarios carry Machetes.
- In turf wars, tier III Sicarios may carry Machetes.
- Some tier II Rider captains use Machetes.
- In character stories, Chicos, Scudos, and Sicarios can use Machetes.
- Baker may begin his campaign with a Machete if he has level one of Super Strapped.
- The Graves may find Machetes when they re-take a turf they have previously captured.
- After players unlock the weapon in multiplayer, low respect and connected players can purchase Machetes from the black market in the campaign.
- Common generic heisters who offer to join Baker’s crew in the campaign sometimes have Machetes.
