The Scout 14 ER is an unlockable epic marksman rifle. It comprises a heavily modified Scout 14 with a red dot sight which provides substantially improved performance. It resembles the SLR with immensely improved damage per shot but hugely worse controllability and close-range damage output, making it an inferior choice of epic weapon.

- Baker may begin his campaign with a Scout 14 ER if he has level four of Super Strapped.
- After players unlock the weapon in multiplayer, the Arms Dealer may sell Scout 14 ERs to players of any respect level in Baker’s Battle. Respected, formidable, godfather, and crime boss players can also purchase Scout 14 ERs from the black market.
