The Scout 14 EH is an unlockable epic marksman rifle. It consists of a modified Scout 14 with a holo sight which offers slightly improved performance. It behaves like the SLR with immensely improved damage per shot but immensely worse handling and overall damage output, rendering it an inferior choice of epic weapon.

- Baker may begin his campaign with a Scout 14 EH if he has level four of Super Strapped.
- After players unlock the weapon in multiplayer, the Arms Dealer may sell Scout 14 EHs to players of any respect level in Baker’s Battle. Respected, formidable, godfather, and crime boss players can also purchase Scout 14 EHs from the black market.
