The SAM-AF1 R is an unlockable rare assault rifle from the Heavy Hitters Pack. It consists of a modified SAM-AF1 with a red dot sight which offers slightly improved performance. It behaves like the Vintovka U with better magazine capacity but worse overall damage output, making it a substandard choice of assault rifle.
Appearances
- Players who own the Heavy Hitters Pack automatically unlock the SAM-AF1 R in multiplayer and can purchase an SAM-AF1 R at the beginning of every campaign playthrough.
- Baker may begin his campaign with an SAM-AF1 R if he has level three of Super Strapped.
- After players unlock the weapon in multiplayer, the Arms Dealer may sell SAM-AF1 Rs to low respect, connected, and respected players in Baker’s Battle. Connected, respected, formidable, and godfather players can also purchase SAM-AF1 Rs from the black market.
- Rare generic heisters who offer to join Baker’s crew in the campaign sometimes use SAM-AF1 Rs.
