The Vintovka is an unlockable uncommon assault rifle, comparable to the SAM-AF1. Even with its reasonable reload speed, its very poor accuracy and overall damage output undermine its combat effectiveness among assault rifles.

- The Viet Cong sniper in Pinned Down carries a Vintovka.
- Some Skeety Kitty Arms locations sell Vintovkas.
- A Vintovka appears in the background of the multiplayer menu.
- The boss props up Vintovkas next to his throne at certain levels.
- Some tier II Graves, tier III Cagnali soldiers, and tier II Riders wield Vintovkas.
- In turf attacks and defenses, tier II Riders can wield Vintovkas.
- In story missions, Spetsnaz can have Vintovkas.
- Baker may begin his campaign with a Vintovka if he has level two of Super Strapped.
- The Graves may find Vintovkas when they capture a turf.
