Dr. Lucia Cagnali is the owner and CEO of Cagnali Industries and a rival gang boss in Rockay City.
Campaign
A descendant of the powerful Barbaro crime family, Cagnali inherits her uncle Joseph’s turfs and underlings after he dies unexpectedly in 1994. Eager to expand her domain, she charms Sheriff Norris with gifts of high-tech law-enforcement tools and a promise to restore Order to the city, eventually supplanting much of the police force with robots of her own design.
