Import Export is the principal mission of What’s on the Boat? and the final mission in The Big Khan. Casey’s girls board the Miss Olga to distract Khan’s men, but things turn bloody when Norris interferes with Baker’s plans to steal its payload.
Strategy
Two detectives will arrive ten minutes into the heist and actively search for Baker’s crew, so players should not waste time.
Infiltrate the area
The door to the abandoned store next to the van can be shot or bashed open if the fence opening is guarded by police officers.

There are several options for proceeding past the gate:
- Players can kill or subdue the cop, hide his body, and pick up the key he drops, as Casey suggests. Killing him fails the Do not kill anyone bonus objective.

- Occasionally, the cop simply leaves the gate open.
Get onto the boat
The cops on the pier can significantly slow progression. Players can run along the second, lower pier (if it spawns) or walk on the outside of the railings and use water warping to avoid detection.
Find the cocaine
If a heister alerts a cop aboard the Olga, he should use strike spam to eliminate other cops on the floor and toss their bodies into the harbor. The detectives will notice cable tied cops and corpses.
There are two large cocaine stashes as well as several smaller stashes on the ship; Matryoshka dolls and busts can be shot or bashed open to reveal small stashes. Large stashes can spawn:

Enough small stashes exist that players need only find one large stash to complete the mission.
Wait for the zodiac

- If the alarm is triggered or the detectives arrive, the Zodiac leaves, and heisters must escape by land.
Move the bags to the van
Police snipers may spawn on the buildings overlooking the marina, so heisters should avoid prolonged exposure at all costs. Players can hop the fences using and , then proceed through the derelict building or the diner to stay concealed. If the sewer tunnel is open, it too provides excellent cover.

Consequences
Completing this mission in Baker’s Battle concludes What’s on the Boat?. If the alarm is triggered, Baker becomes Khan’s enemy for 7 days and the player unlocks the achievement Freebooter. Otherwise, Khan blames Hielo for stealing the coke, and the player unlocks the achievement Privateer.
If Baker ignores the mission or his crew fails, Gloves suggests robbing Khan’s warehouse instead.
