Ranger’s story is a character story in Baker’s Battle. It tells the story of Rodriguez, an US Army Ranger and Vietnam War veteran who finds himself in Rockay City and lends his skills and training to Travis Baker. He searches for peace as he confronts the jumbled memories and unresolved questions that have haunted him since he awoke from his coma at Rockay City Medical.
Objectives
Capture a turf from Dollar Dragon or lose one to him
One day elapses.
If the player began Ranger’s story in a previous campaign playthrough, it resumes. If the player finished his story, Ranger enters the hiring pool as a rookie.

Consequences
Completing Ranger’s story unlocks the achievement Red Star. Unlike other characters, Ranger leaves the campaign after his story concludes. He joins in the hiring pool in future campaign playthroughs until he is killed or arrested, at which point his story restarts.
If Ranger dies before he completes his story, it resumes in the next campaign playthrough.
