The East Men are a gang in Rockay City. They are the only suppliers of high-quality forged documentation in the city.
Appearances
After Chase arrives in the city, Nasara sends him and several Graves to meet the East Men and trade cocaine for weapons and passports. However, an explosive ambush kills several East Men and beheads Eduardo, escalating a simple handoff into a battle between the East Men, the Graves, and the RCPD SWAT unit. Chase, Jake, and Martinez escape with the goods, leaving the East Men’s hideout in smoldering ruins.
