Skeety Kitty Arms is a chain of firearms dealers in Rockay City, known for its family-oriented branding and affordable prices.
Strategy
Players cannot steal the weapons from Skeety Kitty, but they can swap them out with their own arsenal for the duration of the mission. Heisters can open the locked cage behind the counter and access the high-quality primary weapon therein by pushing the button on the cabinet beneath.

Magazine
Skeety Kitty produces Skeety Kitty Arms Magazine, a monthly culture-oriented firearms publication which also includes its product catalog. Issues include:
April of 1995: Family quiz; Fall in the gun shop; Guide to survive. The April issue features the Urban Striker, Bohema, and Brescia 92 on its cover. It also includes a promotion offering a free tombstone with the purchase of two firearms.
June of 1995: Bill McCody is a “Bad Boy”: the new film by Quentin Quarantino; Top 10 revolvers; Summer at the shooting range. This cover features a photo of Volk and the Annihilator.
