Who Took the Dogs Out? is the fifth Urban Legend; players must first complete Hauling Ash to unlock it. The Legend follows Baker’s team of professional thieves as they race against Khan and the RCPD to execute an elaborate heist of the Dragon Dogs.

Completing the sequence with any number of stars unlocks the achievement Legend Looter as well as the next Urban Legend, The Big Khan. Finishing with two or three stars contributes to unlocking Rockay Raider or Rockay Knight, respectively.
